Drunk Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 (12 ounce) bottles beer
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons dry crushed red pepper
  • 1 lb unpeeled large raw shrimp (31/40 count)

Directions

  1. Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan; add shrimp, and return to a boil.

  2. Cook 2 minutes; remove from heat, and strain.
