Schpicey Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs of siracha
  • 4 tbs of sweet chilli sauce
  • a dash of rice white vinegar
  • corn starch
  • garlic powder
  • black pepper
  • 2 cups peanut oil
  • Alfalfa sprouts
  • 16 medium Shrimp

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet to high heat for deep frying.

  2. In a separate bowl mix the mayo, siracha, sweet chili sauce, and rice white vinegar.

  3. Season corn starch with garlic powder and black pepper to taste.

  4. Bread the shrimp and deep fry for 2 1/2 minutes.

  5. Coat the shrimp with sauce.

  6. Top on bed of alfalfa sprouts.
