Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • diced green and red peppers
  • chili peppers
  • tortilla
  • salsa
  • shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. fry diced peppers in oil; scramble the egg into the diced peppers and add some chili pepper

  2. heat tortilla wrap in microwave for 15 sec

  3. spread 1/2 tbsp salsa and add cheese on tortilla
