Candied walnuts

Eat alone or put in salads

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. walnut halves
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

  1. Place walnuts and sugar in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves into a light brown liquid and coats the nuts.

  3. Cool on a sheet of foil.
