Cheddar Cheese Loaf

Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 cups reduced fat baking mix
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (or garlic powder)
  • Vegetable Cooking Spray

Directions

  1. Combine baking mix and cheese.

  2. Add milk, egg stubstitute, and pepper, stirring 2 minutes or until blended.

  3. Spoon into a 9 × 5-inch loafpan coated with cooking spray.

  4. Bake loaf at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
