Cinnamon Whole Oats w/ Toasted Almonds

Cook time: 60 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Oats
  • 2 1/2 cup Water
  • Flax Oil
  • Maple Syrup
  • Wine Plum Vinegar
  • 1 cup Toasted Sliced Almonds

Directions

  1. Place oats in bowl, Add enough water to cover & soak for at least 1 hr. when ready to cook, drain soaking water, rinse, & drain again.

  2. Place oats in pot with water and salt. Bring to boil, reduce heat to med-low, Cover and cook unitl all liquid is absorbed (50-55 minutes)

  3. Remove pot from heat, fluff with wooden spoon & season to taste
