Scalloped Potatoes

Cook time: 90 minutes
Serves 8 people

Ingredients

  • 6 medium sized potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp Gold Medal Flour
  • 2 tsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c milk (apx)

Directions

  1. Slice the potatoes thin and place a layer in the bottom of a casserole.

  2. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of the flour, dot with butter, and add seasonings.

  3. Continue until the potatoes are all used, making about 3 layers in all.

  4. Pour in enough fresh milk to just barely cover the top layer.

  5. ace casserole in a pan of hot water and bake for 1-1 1/2 hours at 350.
