Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs red-skinned potatoes, scrubbed, cut in cubes, skins on
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 6 garlic cloves, roasted
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • salt

Directions

  1. Roast garlic cloves in 450 degree oven until soft – 15-20 minutes.

  2. Cook potatoes and drain.

  3. Mash with remaining ingredients.

  4. Salt to taste
