Ingredients

  • Hing
  • Amchoor Powder
  • Namak
  • Mirch
  • Panch masale which consists of the following;
  • 2x rai
  • 2x saunf
  • 2x jeera
  • 2x kalungi
  • and some methidana
  • Kaddu, sliced into small sqaures
  • very little sugar (optional)

Directions

  1. Add hing to the oil

  2. Add paanchmasale

  3. Add kaddu

  4. finall add amchoor, namal, mirch and sugar
