Spicy Asian Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp. chili-garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 1/4 lb. pork tenderloin, patted dry

Directions

  1. Preheat gas grill to medium-high.

  2. Combine hoisin sauce, chili-garlic sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar in a small bowl.

  3. Brush pork all over with sauce.

  4. Place pork on grate, cover and grill, turning several times with tongs, until an instant read thermometer inserted into center of tenderloin registers 150 degrees F, 12 to 15 minutes total.

  5. Transfer pork to a plate, tent with foil and allow to rest 5 minutes.

  6. Slice and serve warm, with rice and a green vegetable such as sauteed snow peas.
