Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches

I served on toasted buns with my Easy Seasoned Potatoes and corn on the cob!

Ingredients

  • 1-3 pound pork roast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 can chicken broth
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce (I used KC Masterpiece)
  • 2 Tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

  1. Trim any fat off of the pork.

  2. Scatter onion on the bottom of the Crock Pot and put the pork roast on top with broth.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 7 1/2 – 8 hours.

  4. Remove roast and shred the pork.

  5. Skim off any fat in Crock Pot and return shredded pork to Crock Pot.

  6. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 1 hour.
