Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

Directions

  1. Cream butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add vanilla.

  2. Add sifted powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time, mixing well in between each addition.
