Chili in the Crock-Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef/turkey
  • 1 sm onion or dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Chili powder to taste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 (8 oz) cans of tomato sauce
  • 3 (16 oz) cans light kidney beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato paste

Directions

  1. Brown meat with onion and drain

  2. Put meat & all ingredients into Crock-Pot

  3. Cover & cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8

  4. Remove bay leaf and serve.
