Maple Mustard Chicken Thighs

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp grated onion
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 8 bone-in chicken thighs (skinned)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • cooking spray

Directions

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients.

  2. Place half of mixture in ziplock bag.

  3. Reserve remaining mixture.

  4. Add chicken to bag and chill 2 hours.

  5. Preheat grill.

  6. Remove chicken and sprinkle with salt.

  7. Place chicken on a grill 8 minutes on each side.

  8. Serve with reserved mustard mixture.
