Kale recipe

Ingredients

  • - 1 kilo kale
  • - 1 kilo potatoes
  • - Smoke sausauge

Directions

  1. - Cook the kale till it is done about 1 hour

  2. - Peel the potatoes and cook them till they are done 20 – 30 minutes

  3. - Heat the smoked sausauge in hot water “make sure the water is hot but not boiling” for about 20 minutes

  4. - Shred the kale

  5. - Mash the kale and potatoes till it is a good mixture

  6. You can now serve the kale with the smoke sausauge and enjoy your dinner.
