White Christmas Candy

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds white candy coating, cut into small chunks
  • 1/2 pound crushed candy canes or crushed pepermint candies

Directions

  1. Melt candy coating over medium-low heat, stirring until smooth.

  2. Stir in the peppermint candy.

  3. Spread on waxed paper-lined baking sheets.

  4. Refrigerate for 8-10 minutes.

  5. Break into small pieces; store in airtight containers.
