Snickers Surprise Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 bag Dove miniature milk or rich dark chocolate
- 1 bag Snickers Minis
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 1/2 cups flour, sifted
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Confectioners' sugar (optional)
- 2 greased cookies sheets
Directions

Beat together butter, peanut butter and sugars with electric mixer on low-medium speed until light and fluffy.

Slowly add the eggs and vanilla, beating until well mixed.

Mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Cover and chill dough in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

eheat oven to 325. Remove dough from refrigerator. Divide dough into 1-tablespoon pieces and flatten each dough piece.

Unwrap enough Snickers Minis to have one for each dough piece. Place a Snickers Mini in the center of each dough piece.

Form dough into a ball around each Snickers.

Place on greased cookie sheets.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Remove from oven; transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. If desired, sprinkle cookies with confectioners’ sugar.

Melt the Dove chocolate in microwave for 1 minute, then remove and stir chocolate.

Return to microwave for 30 seconds more, or until all pieces have melted.

Drizzle melted chocolate over the top of the cookies.
