Fish Tacos

Ingredients

  • Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2T Lime Juice
  • 11/2 pounds Tilapia
  • 2T Chili Powder
  • 1/2 c. cornmeal
  • Sauce
  • 1/2 c plain yogurt
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 t. each oregano, cumin, dill, cayenne
  • Avocado Slices
  • Shredded Cabbage
  • Corn Tortillas
  • Salsa

Directions

  1. Mix garlic, lime juice, salt and pepper together and press into fish fillets.
  2. Mix together chili powder and corn meal, coat fish with mixture.
  3. Cook fish in lightly oiled pan.
  4. Serve with tortillas, avocado, cabbage, sauce and salsa
