Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 t vanilla
Directions

Combine all ingredients well. Form into 1" balls place on cookie sheet and press down with a fork. Bake at 300 F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, cinnamon, brown sugar or chocolate.
