Sparkling Pineapple Ribbon Salad( AKA Raspberry Jello Salad)

Ingredients

  • 1 6 ounce sugar free raspberry jello
  • 1.5 c boiling water
  • 2 10 ounce pkgs frozen raspberries, slightly thawed
  • 14 ounces crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1 pint sour cream

Directions

  1. olve jello in water. Add raspberries, undrained pineapple and salt. Pour 1.5 cups into mold and allow to set. Spread 1 cup sour cream on mold, add half remaining gelatin. Chill. Add rest of sour cream and the rest of the Jello, chill overnight
