Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 c parmesan
  • 1 c mozerella
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
  • Garlic salt

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients and bake until heated through. 350 F approximately 20 minutes.

  2. Richard Wernsman’s Version

  3. 1/2 mayo/1/2 sour cream

  4. 1/2 t lemon juice

  5. 8 ounces parmesan
