Pumpkin Pie #2

Ingredients

  • 1-3/4 c. mashed cooked or canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1-3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tb. sugar
  • 1-1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves

Directions

  1. Beat all ingredients together. Pour into a 9" pie crust. Bake in preheated 425 oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 and bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center of pie filling comes out clean.
