Chocolate in Puff Pastry

Ingredients

  • 3 sheets frozen puff pastry
  • 6 ounces semi sweet or milk chocolate bar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F

  2. Defrost pastry until just soft, about 15 minutes.Cut 1/3 of dough off and refreeze remaining dough for later use.

  3. Cut dough in half. Cut each 1/2 into 4 squares. Break chocolate bar into 4 pieces and place 1 piece on chocolate in the middle of half of the dough squares.

  4. Top the remaining squares and pinch to seal. Bake for 15 minutes on a baking sheet until light broow and crispy. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
