Oven-Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 pounds)
  • 2/3 cup Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.

  2. Stir together Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place chicken in pan.

  3. Bake uncovered 20 minutes.

  4. Turn; bake about 20 minuets longer or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
