Creamy Frozen Caramel Crunchcake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup whipped topping, thawed from frozen
  • Dash cinnamon
  • 2 full-sized caramel-flavored rice cakes

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine whipped topping with a dash of cinnamon.

  2. Stir and spoon mixture over one rice cake.

  3. Gently place the other rice cake on top, making a sandwich.

  4. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
