Avocado Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup corn, either frozen or fresh off the cob
  • 1 medium diced avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 cup diced grape tomatos
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Allow flavors for at least 2 hours in the refridgerator.
