Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 17 ounces creamed corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 17 ounces corn with liquid
  • 8.5 ounces Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Melt butter in a 9″ × 13″ baking dish.

  3. Add corn and cornbread mix to butter.

  4. Mix well.

  5. Add eggs and sour cream.

  6. Mix well.

  7. Sprinkle with cheese.

  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
