Garlic Rosemary Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine

Directions

  1. Cook bacon over medium heat until beginning to brown.

  2. Add mushrooms, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  3. Cook 10 minutes; stirring occassionally.

  4. Add white wine.

  5. Cook until liquid is almost evaporated; about 1 minute.
