Salmon in Honey Orange Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c orange juice
  • 1/3 c soy sauce
  • 3 T peanut oil (salad oil can be used)
  • 3 T catsup
  • 1 T honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 4 salmon steaks

Directions

  1. In 1 quart measure, mix all ingredients except salmon. Place salmon in shallow glass dish.

  2. Pour marinade over salmon, cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

  3. Grill salmon about 5 minutes per side on hot grill until it flakes easily when lifted with a fork.
