Deluxe Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 c elbow macaroni
  • 3 c small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 c sour cream
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 t salt
  • dash pepper
  • 2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
  • paprika (to taste)

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni, drain.

  2. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt and pepper.

  3. Add cheese, mix well.

  4. Stir in cooked macaroni. Turn into a greased 9 × 13 inch pan.

  5. Sprinkle with paprika.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
