Lemon, Garlic, and Parsley Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 T unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Using a fork, beat all ingredients, including pepper to taste, together in a small bowl until combined. Just before serving steak, spoon about 1 tablespoon butter onto each and serve.

  2. Good for meat, fish, veggies.
