Fruit Punch Slush

Serves 24 people

Ingredients

  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 6 ounce can frozen lemonade
  • 12 ounce can frozen OJ
  • 46 ounce can pineapple juice
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 - 64 ounce bottles Sprite, chilled

Directions

  1. Combine bananas and fruit concentrate in blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Combine this mixture with pineapple juice, water and sugar in large mixing bowl.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Pour into plastic freezer containers, max size 1/2 gallon.

  5. Freeze

  6. To serve, thaw until mushy and add chilled Sprite.
