Cinch! Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 cups romaine leaves, torn
  • 4 servings whole grain crackers
  • 1 cup fresh Parmesan, shredded
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • dash black pepper, cracked

Directions

  1. Toss the romaine with the olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper.

  2. Top with the Parmesan and crackers.
