Very Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 1 vanilla bean

Directions

  1. Blend 2 C water with all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Then add remaining water and blend.

  3. Keeps for 3 days in fridge.
