Cappuccino Mousse Triffle

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce frozen pound cake
  • 1/3 cup instant coffee
  • 16 ounces whipped topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 2 packages vanilla pudding
  • 1 ounce semi sweet chocolate

Directions

  1. Cut pound cake into 1" squares.

  2. Whisk milk and coffee together.

  3. Let mixture stand for 5 minutes.

  4. Set 1 cup of the milk mixture aside.

  5. Add pudding to remaining milk until it begins to thicken.

  6. Add 1/2 of the whipped topping.

  7. Place 1/2 of the cubed pound cake on the bottom of a triffle bowl.

  8. Pour 1/2 of milk mixture over cubes.

  9. Then 1/2 of the pudding mixture.

  10. Grate some of the chocolate on top.

  11. Then repeat layering process until all ingredients are used.
