Pineapple Angel Lush

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup kool whip
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple
  • 10 ounce round angel food cake
  • 10 small strawberries

Directions

  1. Mix dry pudding with pineapple and pineapple juice.

  2. Once well mixed add kool whip.

  3. Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.

  4. Place the bottom 1/3 of the cake on a serving platter.

  5. Top with 1 1/3 cup of pudding mixture.

  6. Top with middle layer of angel food cake.

  7. Spread 1 1/3 cup of the pudding mixture on top of it.

  8. Finish with adding last layer of cake and pudding mixture.

  9. Chill a minimum of 1 hour.

  10. Top with halved strawberries when serving.
