Ingredients
- 20 ounces sugar cookie dough
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda
- 1/4 cup caramel topping
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 medium apples
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions

Roll cookie dough into a 14" circle.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

Cool for 10 minutes.

Mix peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.

Mix well.

Spread over baked cookie.

Dip apple slices into soda, to prevent browning.

Place on top of cream cheese mixture.

Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Pour warm caramel and nuts over top when serving.
