Truffles

Ingredients

  • 20 squares of chocolate
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • Decorations; like colored sugars, sprinkles, etc

Directions

  1. Beat 8 squares of chocolate.

  2. Beat cream cheese until creamy.

  3. Mix beaten chocolate with cream cheese.

  4. Refridgerate until firm.

  5. Shape into 36 balls.

  6. Melt remaining chocolate and dip the balls into it.

  7. Decorate them as desired.

  8. Refridgerate at least 1 hour before serving.
