Ingredients
- 10 C Chopped Tomatos - Drain Juice
- 5 C Chopped Green Pepper
- 5 C Chopped Onions
- 3 Chopped Hot Peppers
- 4 T Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Tomato Paste
- 15 Oz Can Crushed Pineapple, Drained
- 1/4 C Cider Vinegar
- 3 Chopped Garlic
- 3 Jalapeno's - 1 Small Can
- 1 T Canning Salt
- 2 T Cilantro
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large pot – bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer for one hour. Place in hot jars with hot lids.
