Carrie’s Salsa

Ingredients

  • 10 C Chopped Tomatos - Drain Juice
  • 5 C Chopped Green Pepper
  • 5 C Chopped Onions
  • 3 Chopped Hot Peppers
  • 4 T Brown Sugar
  • 2 Large Tomato Paste
  • 15 Oz Can Crushed Pineapple, Drained
  • 1/4 C Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Chopped Garlic
  • 3 Jalapeno's - 1 Small Can
  • 1 T Canning Salt
  • 2 T Cilantro

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot – bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer for one hour. Place in hot jars with hot lids.
