Spinach Walnut Feta Pita

Ingredients

  • 1 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 plum tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 2 T walnuts, chopped
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Toss the spinach, feta and walnuts with vinegar.

  2. Stuff the pita with spinach mixture and serve, with extra veggies on the side.
