Ingredients
- 5 C chicken broth
- 1 1/2 Pound chopped broccoli (bottom stem peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 C onion, chopped fine
- 3/4 C carrots, chopped fine
- 1 1/2 Pound chopped ham
- 6 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 8 Tablespoons flour
- 2 Cups Milk

Simmer first 5 ingredients till vegetables are tender (20-30 minutes). Mix flour and milk. Add to butter. Add to soup. Simmer
