Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

  • 5 C chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 Pound chopped broccoli (bottom stem peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 C onion, chopped fine
  • 3/4 C carrots, chopped fine
  • 1 1/2 Pound chopped ham
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 8 Tablespoons flour
  • 2 Cups Milk

Directions

  1. Simmer first 5 ingredients till vegetables are tender (20-30 minutes). Mix flour and milk. Add to butter. Add to soup. Simmer
