Ingredients
- 3 green jalapenos
- 3 yellow hot hungarians
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 18 tomatos
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1 large onion
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T salt
- 1 green pepper (optional)
Directions

Put all in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered until mushy. Remove 1 C liquid and cool – Add cornstarch to liquid and stir into salsa until thickened. Process for canning.
