Fantasy Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c Sugar
  • 1/2 c Butter NOT Margarine
  • 5 oz Evap Milk (2/3 c)
  • 7 oz Marshmallow Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 c Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Heat sugar, butter and evap milk to a boil

  2. Simmer til 234 degrees on a candy themometer or about 4 min stirring constantly to prevent scorching

  3. stir in marshmellow creme and chocolate chips til melted

  4. put into foil lined 9" pan

  5. cool approx 3 hours

  6. cut into bite size pieces
