Jello Pudding Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3.25 oz Vanilla Pudding, Cook n Serve
  • 1 c Corn Syrup
  • 3/4 c Evap Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 c Pecans, Chopped
  • 1 Pie Shell, 8", unbaked

Directions

  1. Blend pudding and corn syrup

  2. slowly mix in evap milk and egg, blend

  3. add pecans

  4. pour into pie shell

  5. Bake 375 degrees

  6. Let cool 3 hours
