Ingredients
- 2 c Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c Butter, softened
- 3/4 c Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/4 c Sugar
- 1 Egg, room temp
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 Pecans, chopped and roasted
- 1 c Toffee Pieces
Directions

In Small Bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt

In Large Bowl creme butter and sugars

add egg, vanilla – beat til smooth

add dry ingredients and mix

Stir in pecans and toffee

Drop by teaspoons

bake 350 degrees

Toast Pecans

Place chopped pecans on cookies sheet

bake at 350 degrees for 15 min
