Lemon Marinade for Chicken

Ingredients
- 480 ml olive oil
- 480 ml lemon juice
- 4 tbsp lemon zest
- 4 tsp salt
- 4 tsp black pepper
- 16 clove(s) garlic, minced
Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and process until fully combined and garlic is well pureed. Mixture should be quite thick. Pour over chicken and marinade for 2-6 hours
