Pomegranate Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 c red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 c fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Combine first four ingredients; set aside

  2. Whisk together remaining ingredients

  3. Pour over pomegranate mixture and stir

  4. Refrigerate at least 1 hour
