Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lg head cauliflower, chopped or shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups salted peanuts
  • 1 pkg (7 oz) dried cranberries
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions

  1. In large bowl add the cauliflower, peanuts, cranberries, mayonnaise, and sugar. Stir well and combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
