White Chicken Chili

  • 1 jar Great Northern beans
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 2 Tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 2 cups shredded mont jack cheese


  1. Cook beans, salsa, spice and broth a long time – 6-8 hours in the crock pot on low. then add the chicken and cheese just long enough before serving so the chicken heats up and cheese melts.
