Raspberry Crisp

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour , plus
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter or 1/4 cup cold margarine

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°; grease a 9-inch square baking dish.

  2. In a bowl, toss the raspberries, 3 tablespoons flour, and sugar together; spoon mixture into prepared baking pan.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, and 1/3 cup flour; cut in the butter, using a pastry blender, until the mixture is crumbly.

  4. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
